Rosemary Lee has been choreographing, performing and directing for over twenty years, working with dance companies, film-makers and collaborating with other artists. To link in with her work with Nic Sandiland and their interactive dance-sound installations ‘Stereo Dances’ and ‘Remote Dancing’ which feature in this year’s Festival, Norfolk Dance have arranged for Rosemary to spend a day introducing her work through a practical workshop. She will particularly focus on her way of working creatively with children, focusing on themes that arise from her installations. The workshop will be followed by a visit to the ‘Remote Dancing’ installation at St Margaret’s Church in the city centre.
